Salon Policies

For the comfort, safety, and mutual convenience of all clients, River Falls Salon kindly asks that the following policies be observed:

1. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time, with no refund, for the following reasons:

● Use of drugs or alcohol, sexual comments/remarks, racism, threats, violence, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior or language.
● Arriving more than 15 minutes late or failing to show up without notice.
● Contagious nail conditions, open wounds, or any illness.
● Showing symptoms of COVID-19.

2. Refunds & Redos

● We do not provide refunds for services.
● If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your service, we will redo it at no additional cost if you:
   o Notify us immediately before leaving the salon, or
   o Contact us within 3 days after your service.
● Issues reported after 3 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
● Any damage caused by the client requiring repair or replacement will incur a service charge.

3. Health Disclosure

● Please inform us of any health issues, including diabetes, prior to your service.

4. Courtesy & Personal Items

● Kindly set your phone to silent or vibrate.
● We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

5. Pricing & Appointments

● Prices are listed on our menu. Please confirm with your technician before your service begins.
● Please provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
